[VOTE] Visa BASE I messages

BASE I financial messages used by VisaNet Integrated Payment (V.I.P.) System, Visa's main transaction processing system.
The messages based on ISO8583:1987 standard with many specific additions.

The functionality of messages cover all possible work flows between Visa Payment System and members.
Authorisation, Administrative, File maintenance and Network management messages are supported by this specification.

Data Elements inside the message placed into three bitmaps - arrays of 64 elements each.

The BASE I Technical Specification owned by Visa.

BASE I messages parser in the common iso8583.info environment might be defined withing two days for upper 2-3 levels, and up to two weeks as deep as possible.
There are hundreds pages of detailed definitions with interesting sub-fields and exotic formats.
